To find the best fit - take one of your favorite shirts and measure (laid flat) and then compare to the measurements below (in inches). The waist is in the middle body of the shirt and the Length is from the back of the neck to the bottom hem. The waist is tailored in about 1/2 inch from under the arms to the bottom of the shirt.
