The sewn in super absorbent Unique-Dri™ pad traps liquid for built-in all day protection with Agion™ antimicrobial fibers eliminate the bacteria that cause odor, and waterproof outer layer prevents leakage - the bottom portion has some polyester to accomplish the liquid trapping and odor prevention qualities. A big bonus with Wearever Incontinence Panties is the generous rear coverage and no need for inserts or disposable pads. Easy-care Wearever incontinence panties are machine wash and dry; more economical than disposables good for 200-250 washes. Quality made in the USA.
