Our Ladies 100% Cotton Cuff Leg Panties feature soft pure combed cotton with a rib-knit cuff for a gentle non-binding fit around the legs and an elastic waistband (not covered). These high quality full sized panties retain size and shape through machine washing and drying. The non-elastic, ribbed cotton leg cuffs naturally stretch and are gentle on skin to prevent chafing or pinching. The waist elastic is a thin 1/4 inch width elastic around the waist (not covered in cotton). Quality made in the USA.
